Clean, Friendly, Communication was good (as we could not speak Italian)
When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at reception. This was due to our flight being delayed and we were late getting to the hotel (after 12am).
Overall: Nice friendly hotel, good value for money. Rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. The owner/ manager has good english and was very helpful. The other staff we met did not have english but made every effort to understand us. Driveway into hotel requires some work and you will need a car as it is outside Pula and there is no Taxi service in Pula. (97454051)

Good price. Nice location
Facility looked a little run down and room was a little dusty. Bedding was clean and bed was confortable
Overall: This is a good hotel for the money especially during the off season. It would not work for travelers who do not have a car as it is about a 10 minute drive from the town of Pula. The hotel looks a little run down with chipped paint on window frames, etc. Breakfast is a cappuccino, pastry and fruit juice. Staff was helpful when asked for suggestion for a lunch meal. (46864607)

Staff very pleasant and helpful
Could not drink tap water. So surprised that mineral water was not available in the room for drinking.
Although linen was spotlessly clean, it was threadbare.
Accomadation somewhat 'out in the sticks'.
Overall: The accomadation was overpriced in comparison with more superior hotels that we stayed at in Sardinia. However it was a charming place but somewhat out of the way. (1780800)
