Unloading of luggage when no space at front of hotel (only 1 car parking space available for 5 mins)
The first night we stayed with we were not offered a discount ticket for the Hotel de Ville car park so we paid full price when we checked out, need to ask for the ticket as we did not know about it.
The floors in our room looked clean so we allowed our baby to crawl around and she ended up filthy with black all over her knees and feet, floors need regular mopping!!
Overall: In all though a great priced hotel for the views and location . We hope to return in the future. (108683493)

Location in old town and by the lake was excellent, executive room was large, parking easy and they pay for part.
A lot of sirens during the day and evening but quiet at night

Excellent location, large comfortable room
Overall: We very much enjoyed our two night stay at Hotel Splendid. It is located in a very convenient location for public parking (reduced rate)and for visiting the old town Annecy and the lake. We booked well in advance and had a large executive room at a good price. (99344251)

Stand up shower, very important to Americans, thank you. Clean simple lines, uncluttered.
Overall: Nice breakfast and a lovely breakfast room with a view of the lake. In the heart of the Annecy tourist area. Walking distance to the train station (gare). [You should have better directions on your web site for walking to/from the gare.] When arriving I knew you were close but I did not have street names and specific directions. Lots of restaurants & shops close by. Across the street from beautiful Lake Annecy. (99529121)
