Very quiet - good sound insulation
No lift and no one seeming too bothered to deal with it

Appartment was clean and tidy, close to where I wanted to be and reasonably quiet for a city centre location and was well equipped with good quality furniture and fittings.
The receptionist didn't beleive us when we rang and said we couldn't get in and didn't seem to accept that the building next door had the same name. She was rather off-hand with us on arrival and didn't turn to face us or look up from her computer when we checked out.

Roomy and well designed. Kitchen area brill. Oven,hob, microwave, washing machine, sink and fridge... even a toaster! 2 seater seatee and large chair in lounge area. Digital TV but no SKY.
