clean, pleasent, and friendly
Apart from an appalling bar meal on the Friday evening everything was okay i returned my meal, my husband kept his, which was just as well as the second meal i received was equally as bad

Clean and tidy with good facilities.
Some rooms still in need of refurb - we politely refused the first room we were offered as we did not deem it worth the money we had paid (clean but very dated and tired) and our booking specifically stated a refurbed room.

Clean and bright with good facilities
Overall: I left computer leads in my room and they were sent to my home address after I spoke to someone (a male) on reception. The staff at all times were friendly and extremely accommodating. The only downside was the quality of the breakfast I found the hot food dry and tired looking. However, that would not stop a return visit. (97427521)

The hotel as you walk in is very very smart, bar reception, toilets etc: A1
The rooms were like walking into a plot from the TV show Life on Mars. 70s was the last time anything had been changed, from the furnature to the grotty green bathroom with painfull shower.
Overall: Outside, bar, downstairs etc 10 out ot 10. The room I stayed in 2 out of 10. Not dirty, but like going back in time! (97530647)
