the room was not that clean..we found long dark hairs in the bed...and the room was a bit dowdy.Tissue box had just one tissue in. And it was strange to have no wash basin in the toilet..not sure if that is very hygenic???

Overall: Ok ..location was excellent and we had a lovely meal in the bar..just a shame that the room did not meet our expectation of a starred hotel!  (108426922)

Overall standards were very good

On arrival, the reception staff could not identify my internet reservation reference number (I had a printout of the reservation)

Overall: The hotel is well positioned for touring Greenwich. I would recommend it and visit again.  (108604862)

The staffs are very helpful. I especially appreciated Alice. She helped me a lot.So I can check in the airline before I landed off.

I would like bathing soap more than a solid soap.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
