Good location in St. Helier.
We booked a double room but got a family room. When we went back to reception to ask for a change we were told that they had realised that we had a wrong room type but there were no other rooms. Why did they not say this when we checked in?
Changing rooms in gym need a lick of paint.
Overall: Had a great time in Jersey. We've answered No to 'would you stay at this hotel again' as we don't tend to go back to the same place twice. Our 'moans' are minor compared to our overall stay with you. Thanks... (107604069)
Our party just needed an adequate, clean room, to act as a base for sleeping ,whilst we visited friends on the island. excellent value, and only a stroll into St. Helier. Great value for solo occupance, never known a hotel to halve its terms for a solo oocupant , such good sense! Thank you.
