The hotel is situated in a very convenient place for restaurants and the sea side. Get past the bad reception area and the hotel is a little gem.
First impressions count. The front entrance and hall stairs carpets are very grubby and behind the reception a cupboard door was hanging off. Not an inviting lobby.
Overall: If the hotel wants to be inviting - they must clean up the front entrance hall/reception area, have personnel close by to answer the unmanned desk and not leave guests waiting some 4/5 mins. However, having said all that once inside the bedrooms it was a very pleasant experience. (108672294)

Clean and comfortable although one of our rooms was fairly small.
We were VERY concerned to note there appeared to be no fire exit of any sort and, as we were on the 2nd floor, our only route of escape would have been the narrow, wooden staircase. Insufficient room in the dining room for breakfasts.

Room very very small, beds very small, limited wardrobe space
