(Group of work colleagues)
With the exception of the first evening the staff were helpful, pleasant, polite
and attempted to fulfill our needs quickly.
We were not impressed on arrival to be told at 6-30pm, that complaints could not
be resolved untill next day. the complaints were lack of pillows and only 2 coathangers supplied. We did receive both at 10pm after insisting.
Overall: After a "shakey" start we consider the stay was good although a little overpriced, particularly the restaurant.

the hotel overlooks the sea, although there is no beach, there are sunloungers on a patio, and a ladder into the sea. There is an enclosed pool, which provides a safe environment for children. The view from the balcony is beautiful, ideal for sitting out in the evening.
the boiler was broken, so no hot water for a night until lunchtime the next day. The tv was placed on the centre of the dressing table, so nowhere really to put stuff.
Overall: i love this hotel, this is our 2nd stay here and we will go again next year. the staff are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble. We had room service on the first night, the food was excellent.
this hotel is probably best suited to a couple rather than a family, the setting is glorious and very romantic. You will need a car to get about, it is too far to walk into town.
I was a little disappointed that the bar next to the pool was closed - and obviously not been used for some time.
overall, i would describe this hotel as a little piece of magic - relaxing and idyllic
