Check-in was excellent. We received a very warm welcome to the hotel and were given numbers of local taxi firms to help us get back from a wedding reception at another venue.

Facilities, standard of room, swimming pool & quality of food.
Meals in restaurant both breakfast & evening meals - whilst food was of a high standard the restaurant area has a bit of a 'dining hall' feel. Also difficult to find a choice on the evening menu that didn't use a cream based sauce.
Overall: This was one of the best weekend breaks I have had. The hotel & staff are excellent and ensure that any stay here is a memorable experience. (2819350)

Overall: I FOUND my stay was exactly what i was looking for very peacefull and yet always staff at hand if you need them .The restrant was fabulous and the food also.excellent leisure area. (2667016)

Spaciousness of rooms, the food was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and very well trained
The bedding had not been changed. The shower gels excetera were not topped up at all during the stay and we were in a large party and we all had the same experience. The room was extremely hot and we found it difficult to sleep and we felt air conditioning would have been helpful.
Overall: The internet website gave good reviews of the facilities so we knew what equipment to bring with us to fully appreciate the excellent pool and very well equipped gym. Perhaps it would have been good to have had a price list and booking facility for beauty treatments prior to our stay. My wife did have a facial which she thought was fantastic, one of the best that she has ever had. The surrondings are beautiful and when the hotel is finished will be a landmark hotel. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay and we wish you best wishes for the future. (2525389)
