Hospitality and friendliness of owners, location, decor, comfort, surroundings beautiful, views wonderful.

Overall: My husband was on a paragliding safety course and was away for most of the day (we had a five day stay) but I felt comfortable and at home here. The location is excellent and I was able to drive to various places no problem. The hotels offers lots of places to sit in the sun and relax. The view from our apartment was beautiful. Decor very sinmple, modern and functional, beds comfortable. Separate toilet. Wifi internet access, excellent speed and reliable.  (107443060)

Owner gave us an upgraded room upon arrival. Hotel has excellent value for money. Close to Annecy. Very nice mountain view from restaurant and rooms. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Minor point: heating didn't work very well.

Overall: Excellent budget hotel. Would recommend it.  (107701104)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
