The details of my booking had not been passed on to the hotel, so when I arrived at the hotel they were not expecting me. Fortunately there was an available room.

our room was in very poor condition,the bathroom carpet was mouldy where the shower screen leaked.Wallpaper was peeling off the walls around the windows.
