I liked the location, the room was clean and air conditioned

Overall: Very disappointed. First of all our room had no air con and a very small window indeed - in 30c heat it was too hot. We were offered a room with a bigger window (no air con) on the ground floor. However, our rest was disturbed by noisy guests (inc small children crying, noisy passageway, music playing at reception, clattering of crockery as breakfast was set out at 5am, etc etc) Bathroom only had a hand held shower, and the hot water only worked in the morning (not afternoon) Altogether very disappointing indeed.  (99490834)
