Friendly reception staff
Excellent food at the hotel's L'Orangerie restaurant
Room not available to check-in until 16.20 (much later than our booking, which stated 15.00hrs)
Must pay for parking separately (although hotel can get you a discount - 10 Euro p/day)
Overall: A nice hotel in an excellent location for exploring Aix-en-Provence centre. The lovely pool and spa facilities make this hotel a relaxing treat. (97944443)

The hotel is well appointed just a short walk from the lovely town with it's large and varied choice of restaurants. We enjoyed being so close to everything and loved wandering around the beautiful squares with their fountains and markets.
Our room was bright and spacious with a nice comfortable bed.Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The meals we took at the hotel although seemingly expensive were delicious and represented good value.
Our first impression of the hotel was not a friendly one. The foyer/lounge area has a cold feeling. With the exception of one young man the reception staff were very offhand and barely acknowledged us as we entered and left the hotel, although they were quite helpful when approached.
We were surprised not to find any leaflets of local interest and information on display in the reception area.

Overall: The hotel offers excellent value for those making full use of all the facilities especially the fitness suite and thermal baths. sadly we didn't! We were rather overawed by the "beautiful people" parading around in their white robes!But we did enjoy our stay (97166035)

Overall: Clean spacious rooms. Quiet air-conditioning that doesn't keep you awake all night. Staff speak good English. Good location close to restaurants. Excellent leisure facilities particularly the outdoor pool. Not cheap but worth the money. (2281591)
