Great location and parking outside too

Did not offer dinner on Sunday night and did not help us find any. After us doing some looking later on Saturday night the Restaurant next door was open on Sunday night - perhaps they did not want us to eat there on saturday either because all they offered at the Hotel was a 40 Euro menu or a la Carte also expensive

Clean rooms

no free fizzy water only a mini bar

Overall: perfectly adequate for our visit and the perfect location from which to explore Pauillac and the Medoc  (107442941)

I enjoyed my stay and was particularly pleased to have been given a room overlooking the harbour which ensures that I will be returning to your hotel. I also enjoyed the Gourmet dinner.

The only bad point was that I was forced to choose the dessert at the start of the Gourmet dinner but I was not told that my choice was not available until it was due to arrive. No apology was given - it was treated as a matter of fact! The alternative dessert was however delicious! I would have liked a small bottle of fizzy water by my bed.

Overall: I will be asking to stay again shortly!  (107135414)

fridge in the room (a arrity it seems in france!), lots of storage space, allowed us to store valuable bicycles in locked shed with easy access to the key

would love to have a kettle in the room!

Overall: friendly and helpful staff even though we cant speak much french, a good base to explore the area by bicycle. The 3 star part of the hotel was very nice, at the back of the hotel in a seperate building and very quiet. Air con was available in the room (I note other people commented on the lack of this.)Good buffet breakfast.  (99823770)

Pretty, newly refurbished comfortable hotel, overlooking river, helpful staff and delicious food in restaurant. Convenient location for exploring Haut-Medoc wine region.

Located on noisy road.

Overall: Located on quay, overlooking river, with excellent restaurant, pleasant helpful staff, recently refurbished attractively decorated in blue and white. Nearby parking. Conveniently located for exploring the wine region of the Haut-Medoc.  (3305311837)
