The hotel was not open ie bar or restaurant this was due to a function they had the night before that was not stated when booked

Overall: Would check to see if hotel was fully open. Was a long way from the centre of skegness  (108680267)

Appearance of grounds and hotel frontage. Reception area very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. Waiting staff were very helpful. Decoration in bedroom was very good with no noise heard from any other part of the hotel.

None to mention in all honesty

The room was well equipped and was comfortable. Location good and there is a regular bus service into the town.

The bar area was spoilt by allowing young children and babies in who were crying. We took our drinks into the lobby area.

Overall: Very convenient and well equipped rooms. Would use again.  (108108858)
