Customer service excellent and unobtrusive. Food and cleanliness excellent. value for money, excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would recommend to others and would stay again if in that area.

good location, good value for money

arrived for breakfast at 06:55, been asked to wait outside until 07:00, second morning arrived 07:00 restaurant opened 07:05. This maybe insignificant for some but 5 min for me it's very important. I had to rush my meal in order to be on time for the meeting. Plus people were smoking in front of the entrance, every time passing by I had to inhale the fumes without my wish. An allocated smoking place in front of the pub entrance would be nice, not in front of the hotel entrance.
