Staff at the hotel were very helpful,but when i booked i did not get the number for the front door or the number for the safe inside despite saying that we would arrive late out of reception hours this was not a good start.
The room was not what i would call a studio,the kitchen was a cupboard on the wall and the room had a general bad smell,the lift was not working on sat night and sun morning which meant i had to go up to the fourth floor and back down using the stairs not good at all with two bags and crash helmet.
Overall: The whole hotel in general needs a much needed revamp,and i will not be telling my friends about the hotel. (107253893)

The room was good,comfortable, clean
There are no staff at weekends you cannot contact them on tel.nos.given.I had to stay in another hotel when I arrived on a Sunday.Could not check out on Saturday.Had to leave key on a desk which with the front door open meant anyone could walk off the street and take key.Could not check my bill as no one there and no answer to telephone calls.Very unsatisfactory.
Overall: The accomodation was good.Well equipped.Everything worked. It was very conveniently placed.close to station etc. The only complaint was total absence of staff at weekends coupled with the fact that the contact nos. on line and pinned to the reception office door were not answered so any query,check in/out were impossible on saturdays and Sundays. 48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
