In all fairness the apartment was clean inside. The area is one that we would stay in again. It was quiet and there was not any noise from other guests. It was walkable to Lille centre.

The actual checking in process was not the easiest of processes. There was nobody on reception when we arrived after 3pm on Saturday. Had to phone to get instructions to get into the building and access our keys. The corridors to the rooms were very airless and smelt of stale tobacco even though our room did not. Nobody on reception at all on Sunday to check out and had not a clue where to leave our keys. In the end we posted them in mail box allocated in reception for our room. While the rooms were clean, there was not a kettle provided and the stairs in the apartment would have been a nightmare for anybody with young children or mobility problems. They were exceedingly steep. Luckily we are both quite fit.

Overall: As I said the apartment was adequate for our needs as a stopover.  (108026574)

No-one at reception before 1500 hrs - all locked up

Overall: Good accomodation, easy to find on SatNav, fairly quiet location but parking tricky unless you pay 6 euros to use their underground carpark.  (97978602)

Clean and in a quiet area. Hotel was also quiet. Within walking distance of Lille centre, about 10 mins.

Very small room. Reception not open and no room cleaning during our stay - 3 nights.
