The view, nice and clean room, easy to get there, bus stop just infront and to get the boats.

Firendly staff - great location for the port

Overall: Nice spot, very friendly hotel staff and great views - but do not stay here if you have trouble with steps as there are lots leading up to the main square and shoppng area of Sorrento Food in the restuarant was good but service was a little naughty on both nights we dined there - switching wine for more expensive bottles withoout telling us and serving our Chef specials to someone else!.  (99042797)

The staff was very helpful, the restaurant attached to the hotel serves some of the best food we had in Italy

The room and bathroom were on the small side, but very clean and comfortable

Overall: We stayed in October and the price per night for the location was great. It is right on the coast where you can catch water taxis to every popular spot. To get to downtown Sorrento, it is a short distance uphill. We would definitely stay there again.  (99750590)

The hotel was situated well, it was close to the center of Sorrento and the boats to Capri.

Rooms didn't have much soundproofing neither from the noices from outside nor inside. Also the furnishings and decor where a bit worn out.

Overall: The hotel is well situated, very close to the center so that we could easily walk there to do some shopping or to have dinner. The boats to Capri also leave right in front of the hotel, so if you're only staying a night to visit Capri this hotel is perfectly situated. If you're staying more nights than one and want to get some rest remember to bring your earplugs, because the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the streets and from the corridor. The staff in the hotel was friendly and you get a 10% discount in the restaurant in front of the hotel. Food there was very good and the service excellent.  (3304661726)
