Bar staff very helpful, got food at 9.30pm just after i arrived. Hotel staff very curteous and domestic staff very honest, I left my wallet in my room and it was returned to me.
I could hear the TV in the neighbouring room very clearly, the thermostat was very poorly signed and the bath towels are sooooo small!

Large room and lovely bathroom. Pleasant staff at breakfast and good and informal breakfast. Airy entrance. Seemed to be plenty of people staying there.
Noise from the generator[?] and Bannatynes was quite loud. The room was quite hot although we couldn't find any soure of heat. Lounge bar food was adequate but not exceptional,with a veryn small amount of toast for the pate! Bedside lighting was not too good for reading.

staff were very friendly and efficient,creating a warm environment.the rooms were of a high standard.i was also impressed by the awareness of environmental issues with the useage of both the keycard for electricity in rooms and the lighting system throughout the hotel.
