Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, immaculately clean rooms

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel was very centrally situated and we were able to walk to places we wanted to visit.

The hotel was very noisy on our second night with people playing guitars (badly) at 3 a.m.

Overall: This is a good hotel, well placed in the town, it is clean and the staff are very helpful. Some rooms are a bit small but have all the facilities you need. I would stay again if I visited Jerez.  (97123251)

Spacious twin bedded room. No bedroom smells nor bathroom smells. It was always fresh and pleasant to enter.

A little noisy with road traffic noise, but we do live in a very quiet neighbourhood at home!

Overall: Adequate breakfast. Room spacious but bathroom facilities on the small side. Hairdryer worked. Close to one supermarket, shops and eateries. Downside was that not all reception staff spoke English, but those that did were understandable. The staff were most helpful, pleasant and considerate. We would definitely stay there again.  (99572993)

Sadly near a building site. Quite noisy early in morning as a result.

Good value for money, good location for what I wanted to do. Very friendly staff.

The accommodation was great. Some very anti social stayed in the room next to me for one of the nights I stayed but that is hardly the fault of the hotel.

Overall: The hotel was exactly as described. It was a good value 2 star well located. I used the train and bus stations in Jerez and this hotel is in walking distance. There are a good number of restaurants bars groceries etc very close by. The staff were exceptionally helpful with advice about transportation places to visit etc. For a person on a budget this is a good clean safe option. I enjoyed my stay.  (99159715)
