It met all of our travelling needs and was particularily convenient for transportation.

Overall: Every attempt was made to meet our needs. We wished to visit a particular museum,stay an extra night, and leave early on the 3rd day. Also,the shower facility was large,not a thing to expect when travelling. A reallt pleasant experience!  (97355322)

Overall: We would have liked more information about the parking situation in advance as that proved to be somewhat of a hassle for us on arrival. The staff spoke no English at all, which in some ways was fine as it forced us to use our limited French, but none seemed a little excessive for such a hotel. The rooms are fine for the price, although breakfast is extra. The coffee we had was pretty abysmal, which you would not expect. There is no aircon, and although this was not too much of a problem when we were there, you could imagine the rooms would be stifling in the height of summer. On the whole I felt the price of the rooms was extremely fair, and the location really could not have been better as it is right in the middle of Salon. The hotel is also a nice old-fashioned building with old-fashioned decor and plenty of character.  (99612658)

Central location, low price, clean rooms & air conditioning.

Although clean, rooms are very basic and looking tired.

Overall: Limited parking at rear of hotel with main (free) local parking 5/7 minutes walk. Ideal central location for Salon with friendly staff but you must have some understanding (at least) of French. Rooms vary from very small to medium and air conditioning is a must during summer months. Excellent value for money - would stay again.  (3304159286)

None in the personel spoke english. There must at least be some written information in english. We ordered a baby cribb for our child but this was not possible to arrange. There were no baby chairs available.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
