The welcome was fabulous. The room was very nice and far better than we anticipated for this class of hotel. Dinner was really good and they were extremely accommodating when we asked for a simple green salad as a starter/ first course. The staff went out of their way to please us and to be helpful.
The bathroom was rather dark and could be improved with a light above the washbasin. There was a problem with the hot water but this was very quickly corrected.
Overall: We were really pleased with the hotel and would not hesitate to recommend this establishment. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. (107122477)

Outstanding Hotel in every way. Great food, not extortionate prices. Beautiful grounds, isolated in its own park/farmland. Service superb. Room a good size.
What more can one ask.
None, however it is isolated, be sure you have good directions to find it especially if it is dark on your arrival. Hotel is well sign-posted from the local roads. 45 mins from main Champagne house areas. Not particularly suitable for children.
Overall: Excellent in every way. No hesitation in recommending this beautiful Hotel. (97914146)

wonderful, would definitly go again very welcoming Once they have completed the renovations it will be outstanding.
The garden in front of the pool area needed tidying up. Other than that minor detail it was a wonderful retreat.
Overall: i would have like to have known that it was in the middle of nowhere, but that added to the experience, so perhaps not. If I'd known how special it was I would have stayed longer. (99156744)
