This hotel is absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent- all of the staff were extremely polite and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay relaxing. We stayed in a standard room, which was adequately sized with a lovely little balcony. The spa is delightful; I had a few treatments, which were heavenly. There is a small family room on the ground floor and the hotel arranged a lovely local babysitter to look after my 'little one' for a few hours. Its location couldn't be better- it is right on the beach front and perfectly situated for restaurants and shops in the pretty lanes of St-Jean-de-Luz. The beach is family friendly and the sea is ideal for children & adults of all ages (very shallow and small waves).
Overall: Absolutely superb and we will definitely return. It is ideal for romantic breaks, family holidays or simply to escape to the spa & coast for a long weekend. (108121166)

The atmosphere was nice, as well as the amenities
There was cat/dog hair all over the carpet, the blanket, and the chairs!! The restaurant's food and service was terrible; They cooked the meat wrong and didn't make any effort to amend the situation; for 150 euros, they should be a little more accomadating.
