Very good location in order to visit the central part of Toulouse. Good noise barrier in the room.Kitchenette at your disposal.

It is not a real hotel, but you rent a room (without hotel service just as daily cleaning, bed making etc...you must do such things yourself. Including cleaning of the room in some extend before checking out.

Overall: Bed in studio is not a real bed but a convertible sofa, with a sufficiently good mattress. You are supposed to check the inventory of the room (within 4 hours after entering )and will be charged for missing pieces. In my case the vacuum-cleaner was on the inventory list but not available, what was known at reception desk. But nobody has changed the inventory list yet. Changing of bulbs is not possible during the weekend as no technician is on duty and receptionists are not allowed to do such things.At noon reception is closed from 12 to 14 h. You can not enter the hotel unless you have an entry code, what is a little tricky if you just arrive and want to get off your luggage.  (97685423)

Overall situation to all conveniences in Toulouse, easy walking distance to the centre. Clean and warm with a bath.

The bed, the first room we were shown to the bed was only just bigger than a single, but the reception staff were then able to find us a room with a large bed settee. As my husband is quite tall and quite big build two people would not have fitted in the first bedroom. Also the roads out side could be quite noisy but it would not stop us from booking these appartments again.

Overall: The overall stay was very good although people in the area did not speak much english that was nice as it added to the weekend. The accommadation was very clean with a nice little welcome basket, very warm considering how cold it was out. The small kitchenette had all that you might need for a short break although we think some people live there. Would book them again but ask for a settee bed if 2 people are travelling, very convenient situation to get around and see Toulouse.  (97965381)

The fact that it had a secure parking available

Corridors smelled of cigarrette. The fact that the reception desk was closed from midday till three in the afternoon. The bed was not a real bed but a futon.

Overall: For a couple of days, it was fine. Good location, good value for money.  (97077496)

Clean and fairly close to center of the city.

Internet access is not free. Most hotels nowadays provide free in-room internet access. With the rate that was paid for the room, internet access should be included. This is important for business travelers.

Overall: Overall, the experience was good. Some general comments are: 1) more frequent room service (my room service was delayed by one day), 2) in-room complimentary coffee and tea (coffee maker was available but there was no coffee)  (99251903)
