Dining staff - prompt service
The bed was made up for summer with only a sheet on i had to put the blanket on it. Two lights did not work in the bathroom.
Overall: It served a purpose. My main complaint was that i was cold due to insufficient bedding. It is Autumn and derbyshire one expects a few blankets or a quilt (108466436)
Professional Welcome but we'd waited so long to get inside the room in reception.
I was told that the room which he was given was not the best. I rec'd a call when my client arrived because my card was needed to check in! He was unable to check in withour me, this was very poor and does no reflect the imagine I was looking for.
