Good size room, 5 minutes walk from center of Cobh, very good value for money, staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hour bar :)
Room decor a bit dated, hill up to hotel is tough going so wouldn't be great for elderly or disabled travellers, 24 hour bar that closed at 5am :(

The rooms were as booked, one in particular was original and attractive.
One of the rooms had dirty carpets a foul smell and a view of a back wall.
Overall: We arrived with a large group of students who were staying in the apartments. Check in took ages and the two staff totally lost their way. We were tempted to check out immediately and lose our money. The front of the hotel is terrible as well with a foul smell coming from the Chinese Restaurant and Take Away attached to the hotel. In the end I reluctantly accept that the Hotel is up to standard but not one I would stay in ever again. (99596690)

The kitchen staffs chatted loudly outside of the kitchen, right underneath our room window until midnight. We could not go to sleep because of that.
