Overall: The room we had was excellent, its one drawback was that it had two large windows both of which had no views at all. They both looked onto a sheer brick wall! (108756634)

The location of the hotel was ideal.The staff were very welcoming and helpful.There was a wonderful relaxed ambience about the hotel.I would definitely stay at that hotel again.

The hotel has a lovely warm and welcoming air about and is beutifully appointed. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely. The staff are superb, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Overall: We loved the hotel and thought the staff were marvellous. The breakfasts were superb. If visiting Killarney again we would definitely come back to the Royal. (97809720)

The hotel was clean and well located and the staff were freindly and very helpfull..probably the best hotel staff we ever met.
