Ease of booking

Weather not great Hotels always expensive for festival weekend

The hotel is very well situated in the city. The staff was very accomodating.

The reservation was miscommunicated and we were given 2 double rooms, not 2 twins, as reserved. The staff corrected the error.

The accommodation was spacious, well presented and very comfortable. The room was well equipped.

Overall: We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived at the hotel and throughout our stay the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were very impressive and we took advantage of the jacuzzi, steam room and restaurant. The food was of an extremely high standard both in the main restaurant and breakfast restaurant. The location of the hotel was convenient being just a few hundred meters from the city centre, and walking distance of the bus and train station.  (99448787)
