Very friendly staff, great food and wine, beautiful environment, quiet, close to the auto route. Clean modern room. The hotel is with in a few minutes drive to the beach, in the middle of the vineyards.
Our TV didn't work, but we received a discount on the room price, so it was very fair. Really no bad points.
Overall: Great place to stay in Narbonne. We were traveling by car from Lyon to Barcelona and found the hotel a very quiet, restful stop on the way. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was well prepared from fresh high quality ingredients. The gentleman working at the wine tasting bar was knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about the wines. The single vineyard wine from Minervois (Vialta ?sp) was outstanding. (107190187)

A great location, wonderful view, friendly people.
Vegetarians do not really have a choice. The restaurant is very small and there might not be a place left if you do not make a reservation in advance.

Overall: A superb chateau, well-run and with keen knowledgeable bilingual staff. One set menu at dinner, but catering staff flexible and adaptable enough to deal with the odd fad or quirk. Wine buffet, which was a good way to sample the chateau's produce before visiting the cellars to purchase. Our room was recently-refurbished, and clean and bright, with everything working (no bedside lights though). That leads to the only current drawback, that is extensive refurbishment of the whole complex. When finished it will be superb..... (99264585)

Quiet,calm with friendly service
non-existent reception for mobile telephone and poor reception for television
Overall: Overall very good and excellent value for money.The food was more than adequate in quality and value.Bearing in mind the very poor t.v.reception a d.v.d.player and a library of d.v.d.s, and books would have been useful (99695962)
