The style, the location, the cleanliness, the staff

Overall: The hotel is easy to find and parking is straightforward. The staff are relaxed and helpful. The location is excellent for lazy days walking around the town. The facilities in the room are very good and the style and ambiance are excellent - just what we needed for a few days quiet break.  (3305119456)

Tastful blend of old (furniture, prints) and new (jacuzzi and modern bathroom furniture)

Nothing to dislike.

Overall: An excellent small hotel in an old building which has been very successfully refurbished with all modern conveniences while mantaining the fabric and the ambience of the old building. Breakfast on the top floor terrace overlooking the town and countryside is a delight. And dinner in the restaurant is excellent: simple food, beatuifully prepared and elegantly presented.  (3305020836)

Quiet Location, very close to all attractions including shops and restaurants.

Overall: The hotel facilities were very modern but the decor and furnishings were traditional in keeping with it's environment. The airconditioning was a relief during the very hot weather we experienced as was the lift after walking all day! The Manager was extremely helpful and also organised parking for our rental car. The breakfast was delicious and we are very sorry we did not have time to dine in the restaurant. Uzes was delightful and we are very pleased we based ourselves there.  (3304741814)

advance information on car parking alternatives; would have been good to have real cafe au lait/cafe creme for breakfast

Overall: Location was great - historic building in the center of a historic town. Lighting in room was very good. Management was helpful. Nice amenity to have bathrobes and slippers. The only unfriendly and unhelpful people were the staff at the tourist information office.  (2791889)
