No expence spared on quality furnishings which were in very good taste. Nice complimentry glass of wine on arrival. Daily papers available. Comfortable lounge.Staff very obligeing
Although stairs were mentioned on booking 6 flights was a bit much, no lifts.A serious fault with shower was very annoying. When reported I would have thought a little compensation would be offered.
Overall: Next time I will confere with booking staff before booking. I would return to this hotel IF? I could stop on lower floor (108689359)

Good location with free parking on road outside. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Wi-fi connection. Guest lounge with free newspapers.
Room a bit small if you want a separate sitting area.
Overall: Nicely refurbished hotel located on the Esplanade looking down onto the beach area. Relaxed atmosphere and first rate breakfast menu. They have tried hard with this hotel and deserve success. (107363352)

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent room - very clean, fantastic sea view, very tasty breakfast!
can't think of any!
Overall: We had a fantastic long weekend, this hotel is perfect for exploring the location with Gardens just over the road and a short walk to the town and beach, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are all welcoming, friendly, and dealt with any requests quickly and with a smile.
