Proximity to transport connections

Poor welcome on arrival - quite disinterested

Overall: Knew it would be a basic room for the cost but no plug in sink, bedroom heater not working, misleading to say parking available in street - managed to get one parking space after driving around car park for five minutes waiting for people to leave  (97184348)

no tea making facilities, horrible room, dirty bathroom

Overall: This is an extremely basic hotel and accurately reflects the very cheap room rate, there are no frills here, vinyl flooring rather than carpets!! For a single night it is bearable, the beds are reasonably comfortable although the rooms are cold, there is no spare bedding. There is no bar, hot drinks are available from a vending machine in the foyer.  (97626189)

clean, staff were wonderful.

Lack of amenities... broken equipment

Overall: I would have liked to have known there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room, or no hotel iron! Everything was spotless, but the blankets had holes in them, there was no plug for the sink and the shower tray leaked. The staff were absolutely first class, but the amenities were poor. Vending machines, internet access and pool table all out of order several times during our stay, but staff worked quickly to remedy the problems. Would stay again  (97462416)

Cleanliness

Lack of on-site parking

Overall: The main drawback was the lack of parking even for booking in to the hotel,Anyone with mobility difficulties would find it very hard to carry cases up the steps from the street. As a minimum some space to pull in and register is essential  (99468211)
