Convenient to location, Reasonable size of room, but bathroom cramped

Food in evening very poor and overpriced for what I had. Restaurant not nice at all. Room decor looking tired. Shower just adequate.

Overall: Overall bearable. Hotel is overpriced for what it offers, and what it offers is not 3 star. Disappointing.  (108902338)

Good location - close to the wedding reception that we attended (Bradbourne House).

Very poor service for breakfast. 20 minute wait for tea, coffee & toast, 30 minute wait for cooked breakfast. The orange juice and milk jugs were left empty. On returning to the hotel at just after midnight, the party of at least 20 guests wanted a couple of social drinks. No spirits or draught beers were available from the bar only a very limited amount of bottled beers and wine which soon ran out. No mini bar in the room. No trouser press. Could not work out how to get the main room lights to work.

Excellent room size for a single.

No visible means of communicating to reception from rooms - no telephone directory. Early continental breakfast ordered but only got half requested but could not contact reception to ask for other items ordered. Took over 5 minutes to book out at 6.30 in the morning
