Stayed before last year, thought it was a good hotel, friendly staff, esp young girl called Alex who was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. encourages you to come back when you've nice staff!

Maybe bit tidier outside but nothing to make an issue of. You've to wait until 2pm to check in. Could be earlier.

Very good cooked breakfast! Nice Staff.

Room was booked as a twin, however it was not prepared as such and I had to inform the receptionist to get it sorted out. Room could tend to be a bit stuffy in relation to ventilation.

Overall: Generally good...staff were nice and pleasant! Cooked Breakfast was very good!  (108975493)

It took a very long time to be served in the dinning room at night. There was on;ly 1 waitress and 1 bar person working. The were very polite and as quick as they could be but it needed more staff on.

The hotel is very convenient to where I was going on business, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and bright.

There was confusion on booking in and I was told that my evening meal and drinks had been paid for. This I knew was not possible as I booked the room myself and paid on my credit card. I questioned who had paid for this and eventually found that my booking had been completely mixed up with someone else. If I had not been honest and enquired as to who the payment was etc. the hotel could have lost money.
