Friendly atmosphere. Helpful Staff. Clean and Tidy. Felt very safe and secure with the card system to gain access to lift or stairs.
Local of hotel - buses and lorries made a lot of noise in the night. The cool air heater made too much noise. No fridge in room to keep drinks cold. - Expensive to buy from the hotel lobby drinks machine for simple things like plain water. Menu in evening was limited.

Warm night so it was necessary to have the window open but traffic was noisey all night. We were on the 6th floor.
