Friendly atmosphere. Helpful Staff. Clean and Tidy. Felt very safe and secure with the card system to gain access to lift or stairs.
Local of hotel - buses and lorries made a lot of noise in the night. The cool air heater made too much noise. No fridge in room to keep drinks cold. - Expensive to buy from the hotel lobby drinks machine for simple things like plain water. Menu in evening was limited.
Overall: Overall it was an excellent experience even with the bad points. (108890875)

Pleasant and efficient staff.
Restaurant within hotel convenient.
Breakfast was plentiful and of reasonable quality.
Room was very clean.
Warm night so it was necessary to have the window open but traffic was noisey all night. We were on the 6th floor.
Bed was average for comfort.
