Overall: The Staff were excellent, very friendly and helful with all queries and requests. If travelling by car exact directions as to entry to hotel and car park would be of great assistance as we circled the town for a long time before we found the entrance which appears to be a shop entry and not a road (99390133)

clean and ggod location
staff came in to clean the room at 745am on our last morning. staff refused to comply with our request not to make up the room on our second day.
Overall: food was quite poor, no english menus, difficult to get staffs attention to be seated for dinner or breakfast unless part of a big group, e.g.a pilgrimage. (3305153490)

friendly,helpful staff, room clean and adequate
Overall: hotel was clean and well maintained. staff were friendly and very helpful- arranging taxi's helping with luggage etc only had breakfast but there was plenty of choice - cereal, yoghurts,fruit,juice, hot drinks aswell as croissants etc the view from balcony was amazing although i dont think all rooms had a balcony. enjoyed our stay and will be booking again next year (3304144828)
