Although clean, the rooms were quite bare. We had counted on a double bed, but had twin beds. The lobby looks nice enough, but the rooms are dated and don't really reflect what is in the pictures.

Good location at bottom of town and right beside the Grotto area. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Free internet/pc access. Free wifi.

Noisy at night (Room on the street side-Avenue Bernadette Soubirous). No Air-con, not too surprising with it being a 2* hotel.

Overall: Had a great stay at the hotel Chapelle et Parc and good value for money. Paid 354Euros for a single and twin room for 3 nights Room Only basis. The rooms were smallish but when you stay in Lourdes all you need is a clean room in a good location. 9Euro taxi ride from train station, seems to be a fixed price. The decor is quite dated and could do with a bit of a revamp however the staff were friendly and I would defintely use the hotel again as the cost/location more than makes up for any downsides. Might try for a room away from the street next time though. Id give hotel 8/10.  (97628937)

You have a wonderful young man by the name of Nicholas who didn't hesitate to help to woman over 60 with 3 very heavy suitcases. We were parked in the lot and he joyfully carried them up the back steps. It's people like him that make us come back.

Overall: Our reason for being in Lourdes was to visit the santuary and experience the people who come from all over the world to view the shrine of St. Bernadette. The hotel is situated within a minute walk of the santuary and adjacent to all the activities. The price is very resonable, the bathroom large and sparkling white, the room was also large with 3 terraces. We did have an end room. For two people, E62 per night was a deal.  (3305241472)

Staff were always extremely helpful, where trying to speak in English or Italian, and attempts at broken French.

Showers could have been a little better maintained. ie, shower head falling down.
