Everything was fine.

I would recommend a wireless internet for computers rather than requiring guests to log on to a computer supplied by the hotel.

Overall: I think the hotel website would be more useful a very clear, detailed map of its location on the Brocade Charles de Gaulle very near the Avignon Gare TGV. If I'm right in remembering that the website claims that there's a walk of fifteen minutes to Avignon centre, that is absolutely reidiculous; but there is a very convenient shuttle bus running around three times per hour between the Gare TGV and the Gare Centrale, which as it happens makes only one stop, at the Bonne Fleur roundabout right by the hotel. This was extremely convenient.  (3305232768)

Cleanliness

Distance from city centre

Overall: The information given prior to booking stated a 15 minute walk to the city centre and the hotel was booked based on this. The reality was an approximate hour walk along a main road. The breakfast was inclusive but was very basic: bread, croissants, jam, yoghurt - no cheese or meat or eggs.  (3304954954)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
