helpful staff. got moved quickly to a new room.
first room far too hot. it was only march. we did not have our radiators on and it was very hot. As we went up the stairs it got hotter. Pillow covers that matched bedding looked unclean.

Hotel was lovely and the staff worked very hard to make the stay enjoyable.
Food in the restaurant at the hotel did not live up to the rest of the experience.
