Check in Ok but no one to help with luggage
Room clean but not cared for, expensive terrace had rusty chairs
clean shower /bath taps difficult to work out
Dreadful piped tecknic music,
Poorly set table with creased crooked cloth,one waitress one extremely noisy wine/water for the whole dining room
Apalling overcooked badly presented lobster at premium prices eg black dorsal vein still in situ in the 1st presentation sent back to be returned with an even drier version of the 1st. Fish soup granular and tepid and too thin.starter of ham presented on a bed of brown lettuce.lobster salasd amazingly small servd with limp lettuce. Two courses each at the princely sum of 113euros. Breakfast edible but the serving areas poorly maintained waitress doing paper work.
Overall: Smart hotel lacking in its care of the guests possibly relying on its coach clientelle for easy money (107143804)

The room was light spacious and clean
Clinical and lacking in atmosphere it was very unlike any of the Relais I have stayed in before.
Overall: I would like to have been told that there is a construction of a bridge next door to the hotel so there is a considerable amount of noise making it unpleasant to sit on the balcony. Also the hotel is right on the main road and next to a camping site. There is a certain amount of sound proofing but with the cranes this is insufficient. It was very disappointing considering the location and price. (97340357)

The rooms are very well appointed, very clean. The view was beautiful, I loved the terrace.

Overall: Rooms are excellent, very clean and well appointed, lovely view of Mont St. Michel from the balcony. The staff is really friendly and helpful, my suitcase did not arrive and the staff was really helpful. Lovely restaurant, nice bar. Just the perfect Spot!! I would go again. (3305066242)
