Light, airy, modern reception areas - friendly & helpful staff.

The room was extremely small, with not much space to sit and relax without lying on the bed. The bed covers were too narrow, and everytime I turned over, the cover rolled with me, leaving areas exposed!

Overall: Pleased with the reception, bar and restaurant areas. Polite and helpful staff. The only down side was the size of the twin room.  (107408587)

Excellent location for theatres and places of interest

Room was very hot. A fan was provided but not really adequate.Rather pricey for room only but I suppose that's London.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
