Comfortable bed and the bathroom was excellent.
We paid for a room with a terrace but the terrace was by the hotel entrance, overlooked by the hotel opposite and next to a busy and noisey road. It wasn't private or quiet and as a result we rarely used it during our stay. The pool was shared with the hotel opposite and this was not made clear on websites when booking. The impression was given of a small hotel (11 rooms) with garden and private pool area. This was not the case and the garden and pool area became very busy and as a result there were not enough loungers for all the guests using the garden and pool.
Overall: We checked out two nights early as we were not happy and certainly the hotel was not value for money. The websites were very misleading, the photos used create an image of a small exclusive hotel with private gardens, pool and rooms that have private terraces. Unfortunately this is not the case and 260 euros a night for a 'prestige' room with terrace is not value for money. (108082939)

I would have preferred it to have had parking, but the street parking was fine
Overall: I could not improve on the room, facilities or the location of the hotel. Those were all all First Class. The only thing I could think of would be to offer designated parking. Overall, we had a most pleasant stay!!! (3304775075)

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre ville car au calme bien qu'à 2 pas de la zone piétonne. Personnel très accueillant et très compétent et de bon conseil pour les visites alentour...
Aucun notable si ce n'est la difficulté de trouver une place devant et la nécessité donc de se rendre au parking.
Overall: Très bon avis général.Sarlat est un lieu magnifique , c'est très vivant et la gastronomie évidemment délicieuse. Le jardin de l'hotel est plein de charme et la petite terrasse très accueillante. (97410832)
