Staff were pleasant and helpful!
Sheets were not changed for any of the three nights I stayed nor was the shower cubicle cleaned out! There was no dustbin in the actual room only a small one in the bathroom. The actual room was tiny!!
Overall: This hotel is very much in need of refurbishment and modernisation!

Ideally located near Metro stations, shops and centre of Paris. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and clean.
Overall: good value for money and ideal for us with it's location.

Breakfast was very excellent. It was easter and they gave little chocolate eggs.
Very small. Bathroom not for those with claustrophobia.
Overall: Fine for a short stay. Very small, but Paris is expensive. If staying for a while, or if you know your way around Paris, it would be better to stay in a larger room, in a hotel farther away. The place is good for a weekend break.

Location, price, friendly staff,
The mattress was a bit thin.
Overall: The rooms were simple and compact but cosy. The en-suite shower and toilet were small but clean and worked well. Hotel was in good order and staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Car park nearby at the Italy 2 shopping centre with special hotel arrangements and reduced price. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

cheap cheap!
toilet/bathroom is too small. I can sit on the toilet seat to wash my face!
Overall: The cleaner/staff work too early in the morning (5:30am), could you please do something later?
