I suffer with arthritus and i found that there was no hand rails in the bath room and no lift.

Clean room, friendly staff. Plenty of clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Well stocked hospitality tray.
Rooms in need of refurb, headboard incredibly loose and therefore very creaky. Television very small and only 4 channels. No Wifi. Breakfast quality not great.
