Mostly very efficient - esp. breakfast. Friendly, polite staff. Clean facilities
No clearcut policy on parking. It would be helpful if drivers double parking their cars in the forecourt were required to give up their keys to the front desk as a matter of course. We were woken up at 8am (!!) by a spurious message on the hotel's TV message service about a problem with somebody else's car.

Spacious rooms.
NOISE. A wedding party and a ball on both nights, with no sound proofing in the function rooms meant the whole hotel were kept awake into the small hours.
Rooms themselves not sound proofed, so guests were subjected to ambient noise on corridors (creaking floor boards, slamming doors, conversations)
Late night fire alarms are not appreciated
Overall: Pretty rubbish really. No sleep on both nights I was there. (108139412)

One room was in a noisy location - above disco, which went on until 1am, then guests returning to rooms were very noisy.
