The heating didn't work

Excellent staff, really friendly and helpful,wonderful setting,beautiful grounds.

Shame it is bang up close to the motorway and railway line. Having said that, they did not actually disturb us during the night.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
