great value and service
stair carpet to basement needs replacing. it is dangerous.otherwise very good

Dirty room, fingerprints all over walls. Broken toilet that flooded the room, carpet was soaked no alternative room offered. Noisy. Inadequate glazing on the windows. Bed pushed into a corner measuring 6 ft, I am 6 ft 3in, therefore very cramped. Poor breakfast.

All the things were very good and we want to thank you

The staff in the rec were a bit lost when i came to check
in when i told them my mother was there all ready thay had no
idea so i had to call her and ask HER what room nr we had.
but that was the only thing and every one can have a off day.
