Helpful friendly staff. Quiet rural location. Good food.

Perhaps could extend hours for breakfast and dinner although not really a problem. Minor point the shower head in our room needed fixing

The staff were really super friendly. Food was reasonable and locally sourced.

Parts of the hotel are a bit tatty and tired but the staff, location and food more than made up for it.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
